Initially, it's for the fire protection installer, as currently such systems are rather unattractive due to manufacturer restrictions and high costs. However, the box is also interesting for end customers, as they receive monitoring of the system 365 days a year instead of just an annual maintenance. This can be expanded in the future.

The system, or our industrial router (model SPUT112), is initially developed with a focus on fire protection systems. We then connect the systems via potential-free contacts, RS485, RS232, Ethernet, or USB. Depending on the type of system, it can also be accessed software-based.

The manufacturer independence, as most remote systems on the market are currently developed specifically for one manufacturer. The installation (some competing products must be installed by a trained technician) with us should work as plug and play, so theoretically anyone could install it. The price. Many systems cost over 1,000 €, while our system should be as affordable as possible, so that everyone can willingly install it as an added value.

To make it as easy and convenient as possible for the user, we have opted for a plug-and-play solution. In case of installation difficulties, one can always rely on a remote supporter (AR video call).

Due to the shortage of skilled workers in the fire protection sector, it would be advantageous to use an intelligent, manufacturer-independent system that can perform normal and non-critical maintenance work remotely. This allows us to offer our customers improved support.

We try to build everything web-based for the user in the end, so they don't have to manually work with VPNs, etc. The system operates over Ethernet, WLAN, and with 2 SIM cards, in its own APN, free from external interference. Communication is done over a secured VPN tunnel.

The industrial router is expandable for more digital and analog inputs and outputs. For each system, such as a fire alarm system, it is recommended to install a separate remote box to avoid system complexity.

In theory, integration is not a problem, as long as the necessary interfaces are available on the system.

We involve experts for the systems as needed and offer remote support via AR video call in case of installation problems. Our box offers a robust and reliable solution that is not only innovative but also future-oriented.
